A lady suggested me to buy this book.so I took it and started reading it.I realized that the book was very useful for learning meditation, as there are so many different methods are given which can be tried by anyone.you donot need any expert for it. one of method was just watch your breathing .See its coming and going, just watch.It gives peace of mind.One more method is to watch at a fixed point if your mind wanders let it be then again come back to your point where you are focusing. Slowly it will clean your mind from excessive n continuous thoughts. These methods are so simple and easy that some of them can be done in any comfortable position. I will suggest you go for it and try. you will really find peace of mind. You must read it carefully each and every point .
