I will never buy any ore or recompensed MedLife to anyone. their service is pathetic and refund process doubtful .
I placed three items on MedLife on 15 Dec 2018 with Order PIN334940 . after 3 days I was informed that one item is not available.so money is going to be refunded . Our of Rs.180 only Rs.36 returned after a week . it is going to be two weeks still no action taken .
I took health check package - I was asked to fast 8-12 hrs so I did and my time slot was 8.30 to 900 Am I waited by 9.45am was informed that time slot need to be changed . horrible experience .I cancelled and regretted coming to this website for medical assistance .
It just shows they are not organized and professional or just don’t bother about customer concern
