Fraudulent company

I’ve copied and pasted below the mail i sent to care@medlife.com


For my order id : OR6601AI-009A, I made the full payment online on 19.11.2019. For the delivery committed on 20th, the XpressBees courier person came on 21st. He demanded cash as it showed ‘cash on delivery’ as per his records and he refused to give me the medicine without paying cash and taken back it with him.


I’ve been complaining to the most useless medlife customercare for the past six days, but the issue is not resolved. They tell everytime, ’we’ve escalated the issue, can’t do anything else or can’t commit when the issue will be resolved!!!


I am also contacting the courier company XpressBees for any update, but they say it is still under ‘cash on delivery status’ only. Atleast they send sms that it is still under cod status, unlike ur customer care people who are worse than dead bodies.


This is highly ridiculous on medlife’s part, first for such absurd error to have happened, and the worse is not resolving it even after 6 days.inspite of complaining daily. I am fed up and irritated with medlife bcos this is the 3rd time I am facing horrible and fraudulent service atrocities with medlife.


Will u give my medicine/money or planning to cheat me??
