Broken Seal,Wrong Product delivered

I ordered from Medlife for N95 Mask, my order id is OR5022PZA-002A and the order was delivered in a day, after sanitizing the packet, it opened then there are broken sealed box with mask inside it, I saw that it was not N-95. Neither is there a honey ball in it, and the Mask size are so big that even the normal person’s face is covered, if it is covered by it, then the whole head can be covered.Somebody will definitely tamper with mask and changed real Mask. I immediately raise the complaint and apply for refund or replace this mask, I was told that I do not give refunds of mask, then I told them that if it is not there then I will not show the item of refund on my app because last 10 year I have been associated with Med Life, if things that are not refundable do not show refunds and if I checked, the mask which was low rate was showing, It was very expensive mask, that’s why I put it on refundable to take them back and said that we have been sent the wrong item. I will be complained, I have come to be picked up, but the people who are from account team in lucknow are saying that their money will not go back, we request you to call medlife I called medlife 6 times in a day and regularly chasing up the matter but I got respond that they are raising the complaint but till now my problem not resolved, the first time in 10 years I have to face the problem it is my request that you please take strong action on this
