Worst service ever, I ordered medicines on 15th July for my father for 3 medicines after talking to customer care he said 25% discount will be applied along with 100cash back in phone pe. Later when I checked the order without my knowledge he removed one of medicine from the order list and changed the discount to 20%. Later I uploaded the prescription again, and tried connecting to customer care to confirm they took 12 hours to call be back. i.e 16th july around 11.30am they got in touch with me, where I again placed the order for all the medicines with confirmation that I will receive 25% discount and 100 cash back. They assured me since the location is bangalore we will deliver in 24 hours. On 17th july till night I havent received the delivery and on top of that they have noted the medicine qunatity wrong triple the amount which I asked them to add, then after repeated attempts to get in touch with them a very rude customer care started stating facts that our policy states it takes 48 hours to deliver and 100 phone pe cashback is not valid as the offer is discontinued and also he will modify the quantity just because he has not packed it yet. PLEASE NOTE: 48HOURS THEY CONSIDER FROM THE MOMENT THEY CONFIRM THE ORDER NOT WHEN YOU PLACE THE ORDER. Till 19th July they never delivered me the medicines even after making full payment and every time you call them they will put your call on hold and also their APP IS WORST. It doesnt gets updated, Even after making the payment it shows pending, order status also doesnt gets updated and the funny part it medlife customer care also cant see the update, they will tell you the same update. And on top of that after I finally got tired and cancelled the order the refund has not initiated yet for the amount I paid 2nd time. I WOULD SUGGEST BETTER TO GET MEDICINE FROM STORE OR OTHER RELIABLE FORUM IN LESS DISCOUNT THEN ORDERING FROM HERE! A PATIENT MAY FALL ILL TILL THE TIME THEY DELIVER IT!
