Medlife service is pathetic. Once you place order, their customer care people will call you to verify the medicine. Then their pharmacist s will keep calling at least 2 to 3 times to again verify the medicine. Even if your order is for 100 rupees, these people keep on calling and verify. Now the they will inform the doctor will call you to verify. First of all, no doctor call up and your order gets cancelled by doctor itself stating that the customer was not reachable by phone. Then you need to call up customer care to re-open your order. It will be another 2 hrs after your order gets reopened and again pharmacist will call you to verify the medicine . Now if you are lucky the doctor will call you. The doctor what I felt are all junior doctor’s or not even that. They are not aware what the medicines are or what’s their use. It’s like a any other person calling to verify ur medicines. Even if you upload a valid prescription, all these process keeps on happening. Now that doctor call you, your local pharmacist will call you to re verify. Then every time your order gets reopened, it takes 48 working hrs to get delivered. They have to understand that it’s not flipkart or Amazon product they are selling.it’s medicine. Very very poor service. I highly recommend not to go for medlife.
