Recent past I have ordered a few times, but this time when I placed the order and made the payment through credit card, and my card was debited for the same amount.
To my wonder I receive a message from Medlife that my order is out for delivery and keep the cash ready for the payment.
When I called the customer care, I was waiting for a long time on IVR que but no agent responds. To add to this the IVR contentiously plays a same add repetitively which so annoying. I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved.
