An order booked on 17th of January 2019, is still undelivered even after 10 days. Even lodging a complaint did not result in delivery of medicines. Very casual approach and least bothered to redress the grievances of customers. If we want to contact their contact number is a chargable one and have wait on line for a long time for people to attended resulting lot of wastage of time and money.
There is no system of feedback to the complaints made through their app.
