I placed my first order with Medlife 3 days ago(on 29th Oct), they called up same day twice confirming the order. It was scheduled to be delivered yesterday(31st Oct) but then I got an SMS saying the order has been delayed by 2 days and the new delivery date was set as 2nd Nov.
When I called up on their helpline number today(1st Nov), they said that it will take 2 more days to procure the medicines and the order can’t be delivered tomorrow.
I’ve placed orders on other medicine sites and used to get my orders delivered next day itself. This is the first time I see a customer is chasing up for his order.
