Since I have been associate with the Organization Since C.E.O is been very Young and been heading well in International Operation in Pharmaceutical Sales. But due to Domestic Operation has been Disturb and sales is been Degorwing in North & east of Indian Domestic Operation.
Since I was been associated for Long and know the strength & weakness of organization, Presently the Marketing Directors is been replaced & retd Ex director was brought in to take charge of the Domestic Sales. Since he doesn’t have any experience North & East hence the company is losing it Strong Market Presence.
Hence I would suggest If by chance if some one YOUNG ENERGETIC MEN can head the organization The DOMESTIC SALES can definitely do well, hence my suggestion please fairly rethink id some one want to Join the Organization In DOMESTIC OPERATION, as the sales is been DEGROWING over last 2 years.
