I have been buying medicines from medplus Sanjay Nagar bangalore branch since few years, one big advantage is the 10% discount they offer with out cribbing like other medical stores. The saving matter when buying medicines monthly.
Recently I purchased a strip of 10 tablets for my dad costing around 250 rupees, He did ate one of the medicine and find it uncomfortable, and upon telling to doctor he suggested to change to other medicine.
I did went to return the left over 9 tablets with in 3 days as they say in the bill, the lady there rejected saying we do not take back if the strip is cut. And she was very rude. They are so nice when we go to buy the medicines and cut and give even if I ask 1 tablet , but when time to take back and help customers they do not behave the same.
So I just returned home disappointed...

Another time, I did take the full strip of unused tablets, the same lady, rudely said the bill is more than 3 days old, actually about 20 days have passed by. So she rudely refused to take back. Even though the medicines have 1 more year expiry period.
Good thing is the discount of 10% and bad thing is we will loose that small savings if we pile up unused tablets which can not be returned if you have partially used some or if more than 3 days since you purchased, 3 days time is very short and its practically kept purposefully to say we do not take returns.
