Its a fake promise to deliver in 4 to 24 hr. Its like 24 working hour!
Sending medicine from a store miles away. Not sure why they are delivering from a store that far. I mean, if you search by the pin code, you will get number of medplus stores between rajarhat and agarpara.
Very poor customer care. Every time they need to call me back after checking with someone regarding any issue.
No option to update the order. Ex- prescription missing for one medicine, so after a few calls, emails and confusions, I was given a whatsapp contact to send the prescription.
No responsibility or ownership. Its not a mobile phone or t-shirt we are ordering online. When its medicine, there should be a certain amount of seriousness to it, but all you get is reasons for the delay. As a customer is these acceptable - they made a mistake in the inventory and we will deliver tomorrow!
