I usually buy medicines in Apollo pharmacy. The med plus usually shows off themselves as competitor for Apollo medicines. So they usually give more offers than the Apollo pharmacies. I once decided to buy medicines in med plus for a change. I decided to buy online, because they give 15% off online. I got error. So I decided to call them and order. Once I call then they are not picking up the call. I called totally 3 times. No one picks the call.
Then I left the idea of ordering in med plus. And went to apollo. While going I decided to try once again in med plus. Because that is very close to my home. That shop was full of crowd. And the shop keepers are not qualified to handle all. After waiting 15 mins I got the reply of no stock. They don’t have an offers about those tablets.
I was tensed. From then I left the idea of buying in medplus. They need to improve a lot to compete with Apollo pharmacies.
