Irresponsible Customer support and Worst experienc

On April 7th I ordered medicine and made a netbanking for payment and found as unsuccessful so again I paid cash to get the medicine and requested customer care to refund my money that I have made through net banking. Till now I haven’t got my refund and they are delaying to do that and also they requested my bank statement to check whether I have received or not and indeed I have submitted my bank statement to them to check and till now I am getting irresponsible support from them and sometimes they disconnect the call during the conversation. I think it’s good to ban or close this med plus franchise in Karnataka or Bangalore because of their unethical behavior or irresponsible support for customers. They are not willing to refund. Even outlet executive also won’t help us to get back our money. So Never and Ever do net banking transactions in Medplus. If you make then 100% they will lost their money.
