I have placed 2 online deliveries with Medplus - one was a store pick up in Bangalore & the other is a home delivery in Kolkata. During order placement they mention the delivery timeframe as 4-24hrs. But it is never within 24hrs. For the Bangalore order it got delieverd after 2 days and that too after constantly chasing customer support & the store from where the pick up was. For the Kolkata home delivery as well its past 24hrs and still no delivery.
Worst is their stupid excuse like "because of monsoon". There was no heavy monsoon in the past 24hrs ! So why this wrong excuse. Medplus is not any ecommerce, its supposed to be an online pharmacy and medicines can be people’s lifeline. If they mention a specific timeframe then they should absolutely adhere to it because medicines are extremely important and are based on someones need and emergency. My advice to anyone who is placing an order online with Medplus is please keep 3-4 days time in hand while ordering as the delivery is always late.
