It’s really sad that I am having to write a negative review about this company after a year-long association with them. Although I have observed that most of their products available at a huge discount usually come with a very old manufacturing date.
The product MAYBELLINE COLOR SENSATIONAL LIP COLOR 065 HOOKED ON PINK was received in poor condition. The labels showing the manufacturing date and other details were all missing and the lipstick could not come out even on rotating the bottom portion of the product. The tip of the lipstick seemed to be used/broke to me and I couldn’t take the risk of using that thing ever as there was a weird smell coming out of it. Even the colour of the lipstick was not similar to the one shown on the website.
Also, the product NYX LONG PENCIL FOR LIPS – LPL18 PINKY was not the right colour for me. On the website it appears to be a richer shade while in real it is too bright a shade.
Firstly, if you’re ever ordering cosmetics from their website you have to be very very careful. Because what you see on the website is certainly not what you get from Medplusbeauty.com. When I told the CCE that I wish to replece my Nyx product, she said that since this is an error of the technical team( not displaying the correct shade) and since they had sent me the product that I had ordered for based on my misguidance, they are not responsible for it and a refund/return for the same can be initiated only if I shell out Rs. 50 more.
As for the Maybelline product, I am attaching pictures of the condition in which I received the product. I asked for a refund of that and these guys force me to accept a cash voucher for the same which would be discounted from my next order. They were just not ready to provide me a refund. After that day, I have not received any communication from their team as was assured by them for taking the return process further.
