They take 15 days to process your order, then again 10 days to ship the order. and the worst is when you will receive the order you will find the products are duplicate especially makeup products.
Secondly, they show that product is available on the site and after u place the order they will call u that products are not available after 5 edays of placing the order and then again u need to place order for something else which again will take more 15 days to process the order.
By chance if you make your mind to cancel the order, they generally issue a coupon code which u can redeem in ur next purchase ; means your money is stuck wid this horrible service providing siteand if on request they get ready to refund u, they will take again 15 days to credit back your money.
Overall feel like filing a consumer complaint against this site for such worst services.Govt. should bann or block such sites in the interest of buyers.Never ever purchase anything from this site.
