I have tried on my own because it once happened that I got an unsealed product, they apologized and told me it might happen only once in 1000’s.they gave me the gift voucher very soon.i have not had any issues with them whatsoever and I always took the COD option and they are always very prompt.just within a min they call to confirm your order.and customer care people are also very good and polite.and they understand you.
