I purchased a mee mee Tricycle for my 2 and half year old son. The front wheel of the tricycle started slipping within one month of purchase. I called up the mee mee representative in bangalore. Some Ansu Singh ( mbl number 9343831923) and explained him about the problem. He said he will repair it. However he never mentioned that there will be some repair cost involved. Post repair when I went to collect the tricycle I was asked to pay Rs 500/- for the repair. This is awful.
You buy something and if the object has some manufacturing defect then it should be the seller’s duty to replace the defective piece for free of cost. Very awful experience with mee mee product. I will not recommend any of my acquaintances to buy mee mee products henceforth.
