LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

This is the pram that I purchased. Customer service took me on a ride after it was destroyed. It took them two months to patch it. He charged me Rs 3000 because he couldn’t repair a little problem with the wheel.


After paying Rs.3, 000, they didn’t even repair the tires they promised. Please choose a different brand that addresses the isolated issue rather than changing the entire frame. I had to make over 100 phone calls and send several emails. Big liars change their positions all the time. They like to communicate over the phone so there is no way to verify what they mean.


Their primary customer service center in Mumbai has finally vanished. They take a franchisee-first mentality and rely entirely on what franchisees have to offer. For the cost, it is just too costly. My pram has been squeaking since the day I bought it. RATHER THAN GOING For THIS CHINESE BRAND, PLEASE CHOOSE A GOOD BRAND.
