Meerut college is a state funded college and comes under ccs university. It offers UG and PG courses. I myself is in meerut college. I preferred it because being a commerce student I want to be a CA and and a regular graduation degree that no other college can provide as almostall college have attendence issues. Here is no attendence issue. I just go thereto give my final exams and prepare at home only. Now I m in 3rd year and about to complete my graduation next year and till now I haven’t faced any problem here.
