Firstly they delivered a fake product, with not only fake branding of adidas but with fake stickers on what looked like a 100 rs product.
Then they shipped the same product again the second time, which I denied accepting delivery.
Now the app page shows the order is cancelled. I am stuck with the customer service for more than a month with same copy paste replies .
Over all they have a bunch of uneducated staff whose job is to tell customers to wait, they frequently disconnect the call in between and never transfer the call if asked for escalation.
I feel pity for these people who are shaming the Indian startup ecosystem, They took millions in funding to make a website full of crooks, Meesho founders should be ashamed of themselves
