Very poor management Broken and wrong products received Repeated return requests mails and calls but no solution since 15 days after repeated apologies and promises from their executive and escalation team members No senior is available to address the greviances Mismatch of product photo and net quantity delivered or mention in product detail Pick-up person compares the return product with original photo How can a damaged product match original photo It is ridiculous Simple Non QC pick-up cannot be updated with courier company
