Worst experience ever poor customer service

I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Meesho, an online retail platform, in the hope that others can avoid the frustration and disappointment I have endured. After encountering a significant issue with my order and facing an appalling lack of customer service, I can confidently say that Meesho has failed to meet even the most basic expectations.


I placed an order with Meesho it delivered to me and status is not updated yet . That’s quality was worst and I want to return that dress but I can’t because the status not updated that it has been delivered to me . instead of that it showing me that your order got cancelled because it was lost by courier partner . However, what should have been a straightforward solution turned into a nightmare of delays and unanswered inquiries. After patiently waiting for 15 days, I still had no update on the status of my order.


Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support, I received nothing more than vague and empty promises of resolution within 3 to 4 days. It became increasingly clear that Meesho’s support team lacked both the competence and the will to address my concerns effectively.


The frustration and inconvenience caused by Meesho’s failure to deliver on their promises is difficult to put into words. As a loyal customer who had previously enjoyed a satisfactory experience with their platform, I never expected to be treated with such disregard. It is disheartening to witness a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction utterly neglecting their responsibilities.


In addition to the lack of timely resolution, Meesho’s communication throughout this ordeal was abysmal. I was left in the dark, with no updates unless I initiated contact myself. Even then, their responses were evasive, providing no concrete information or assurance that my issue would be resolved promptly.


It is my strong belief that a company’s true worth is measured not only by its product offerings but also by the quality of its customer service. Meesho has clearly failed on this front, leaving me feeling frustrated, betrayed, and with no choice but to seek alternatives for my future retail needs.


I sincerely hope that this review serves as a warning to potential customers considering Meesho. Take heed of my experience and think twice before entrusting your hard-earned money and precious time to a company that fails to uphold its promises and treat its customers with respect.
