I had purchased a product looking at the picture. After receiving the product realised that the seller had purposely posted a misleading picture of the product. The received product doesn’t match with the published pictures. So, I raised a return request after three days. But, no one called me for a month. But, in between they kept cancelling my request stating address not readable, customer not reachable and so on. But, no one ever contacted me. Finally after a month they cancelled my request stating that I didn’t raise request within a week. Now, I can’t even raise a " Call me back" request also. This is totally unprofessional from the team Meesho.
