Frustrating from start to finish.

1.Customer Service: Felt stuck in a loop of scripted replies; every chat felt like starting over, and a simple return took multiple follow-ups with no real ownership shown. This kind of response lacks empathy and clarity, which is key for good service .


2.App & Websites: The app looks fine but kept glitching orders vanished from “My Orders, ” and payment confirmation lagged, which breaks basic usability expectations for a smooth, human-friendly experience .


3.Product Quality: What arrived looked nothing like the photos thin fabric, loose threads, and sizing all over the place undermining confidence in listings and quality control .


4.Delivery Timeliness: Deliveries missed the promised window, and tracking updates were vague, leaving plans in limbo; timely, accurate updates are part of respectful communication .


5.Reliability: After a couple of orders with the same issues, it doesn’t feel dependable, so sticking to other platforms for now .


[Verdict: Great prices, but the stress isn’t worth it looking for consistent quality, clearer communication, and support that actually listens before trying again .]
