Never ever buy anything from Meesho or never be a supplier too!
I have a bitter experience with Meesho. Initially, when one of my friends told me about Meesho, I really liked the concept and I did join them as a reseller. For a few months, it went well apart from a few quality issues.
Then I decided to join as a supplier with Meesho and here the nightmare had got started.
Every time, they strategically started deducting money from my account. Sometimes it’s the penalty charges for delay in pick-ups (where their own courier partners are getting delayed in picking up the orders from our end) or sometimes it’s the Ad campaign which we never asked for!
Guess what? Their limit of stealing money from their customer is limitless.
Now, they have got the audacity to create fake orders on CODs and when you send the product by thinking that it’s a genuine order and after 3-4 days when you check its status, you are able to see RTO and that RTO never comes back to you. It is always gone missing and then you are helpless!
There is no one who could actually help you afterward. No, you keep raising the tickets and you get annoyed replies like we tried calling you but your number is not reachable wherein you are still typing on their website by using the same network on your phone.
Once luckily, I got my RTO back and I was thanking God that at least I have got my stuff back. You will be surprised to know that the fully packed parcel had a different product inside. My product was worth rs 6000 and they sent some saree worth rs 200-300.
When I used LinkedIn to raise my voice, I suddenly started receiving calls from Meesho on the same number(which had no network as per them) that they are from some sort of escalation team and they are there to help me.
Somehow, I gave them another chance(stupid me) and started promoting my products on Meesho and mystically I received a huge order during Diwali. I accepted the order by thinking maybe due to festival someone places a bulk order worth rs 36000/-
Now all my money along with the stuff has gone missing and since then I am chasing Meesho by all means but no one is responding! And it’s going to be 2 months.
The owner Vidit Aatrey and Sanjeev Barnwal are active on LinkedIn but they will never respond to your concern!
I am still struggling to get either my products back or the money. So, It’s my humble request. Please beware of their trapped Ads and msgs.
