I had ordered a gown just to check how Meesho is. Got a defective product as seen in pic. It’s clearly visible how bad the product is. When I contacted customer care, I was told to courier back the dress and they will refund once they recieve the product. For courier charges from Hyd to Rajasthan, they will refund max 100 rs.
I repeatedly asked the Meesho agent on phone what customers should be hassled when the product is clearly faulty. But I was told they are following the process. Never going to buy anything from Meesho. The product quality is very cheap and customer service worst.
