Worst experience with meesho for return pickup.

I have purchased the appeal from meesho, the shown products with description mismatch so I start the return process on 8th Oct 2025. After that approval from meesho for pickup th process started but after week the pickup was not done, so I started communication with customer care for return pickup they says the return pickup person came twice but you are not available so pickup was failed, so I told him we are always at home no one came for pickup and if I am not available why the pickup person not called me, so after lots of arguments they again start the pickup process after 2days I got message says we can’t pickup your kindly do self return process due to your area are not in servicable area, than I again called to customer care and say him when you deliver the product that time this area are in servicable and at the time of return pickup not servicable area how that happen before this in the previous pickup return process your person came twice, how stupid answer you are given there is no logic how your process of return pickup initiated, connect me to your senior I want to escalate this issue so customer care again and agin tried but there senior are so busy they can’t pickup call, so they again start fresh return pickup process, after several day same message again came do self return process so I can call same answer from customer care , senior not able to pi kup call this type of communication done 8to 9times and almost 30days left same answer than I frustrated and said to customer care person give me your grevinance department contact information, they say they doesn’t know such type of department they have, than I said every ecommerce plateform needs to have this department as per law in India and should to aware details with customer care person, but you refused that there was no grevinance department, so I will go to consumer forum for all this but there customer care cut the call, so I tried again tried with customer care and after 40days return pickup done that also 15to 20 call follwup with return currier person two days, so this is my worst experience with meesho after this I uninstalled the app from my mobile
