I am following up for return of an item since last one month but no response at all. Their customer care are pathetic, no information at all. They even not able to provide any email id to raise written complaint or escalate the issue. repeatedly giving same statement., IRRITATING.
Please be careful while shopping from Meesho. I am a regular customer of Meesho still facing this issue. don’t know how they will compete with Flipkart and amazon who have wonderful customer support.
I wish someone from Messho read this issue, but I am sure they wont care about negative comment.
