My experience with Meesho has been less than satisfactory. One major issue is the lack of transparency in the product descriptions. Many times, the items I received did not match the images or descriptions provided on the app. This led to disappointment and a feeling of being misled as a consumer.
The customer service also left much to be desired. When I tried to address concerns or seek assistance regarding the discrepancies in the products, the response time was excessively slow. It seemed as if the company was not genuinely concerned about resolving customer issues promptly.
Moreover, the return process proved to be cumbersome and time-consuming. Meesho’s return policy is not user-friendly, requiring excessive documentation and multiple follow-ups.
