I ordered a commode chair for my sick mother. Meesho deliveries usually take 3 to 5 days and their prices are competitive.However, thus particular one ordered on the 3rd of Feb, showed it had arrived in Vizag on the 8th. After that no progress. Delivery date was supposed to be 14th so I waited. Nothing happened.Then it changed to 18th. Still no delivery. I asked for a call from customer service in English but got no call back. I then asked for hindi and someone called speaking so fast I couldnt understand him too well. He said his systems were down to track it but if the date was again changed to 22nd I should wait. Today is 24th. I again tried to get a callback but no one has responded.
One cannot ask for refund till the seller stops advancing date of delivery. This us a very stupid system. When is Meesho going to respond. It is now 3 weeks. And why am I not being allowed to rate 2 stars
