I booked this cab 12 hours ahead of our travel from Noida to Ghaziabad railway status. Booking no. was DEL0047 at 05:30 am on 26-Jan-2017. Early morning we were ready to catch our train from Ghaziabad railway station but no cab arrived for pickup, even no message sent by Mega cab. I called then multiple times but they least bothered to pick our call for inquiry. Some how call get connected on that they simply replied to me that no cab available on my booking. I asked them then I will loose my train which is around 6:30 am. they only said SORRY SIR we cannot do anything.
This kind of service mega cab providing to their customers. Please don’t use mega cab because they have no responsibility even after confirmed booking.
