Mega Cabs is highly untrustworthy! Almost got my flight missed by cancelling the "confirmed" booking half an hour before the pick up time.
This is despite my having confirmed with them on the phone that the cab is confirmed and guaranteed. They apparently confirm and lack availability and cancel half an hour before even for higher distance crucial bookings(city to Bangalore airport).
Bottomline: Never use Mega Cabs for important journeys. Note: EasyCabs saved me by providing a cab in 15mins.
PS: I did get a call from Mega Cabs later apologizing for the incident after my Facebook post. However, that hardly solves anything. I’m sure they’ll continue this practice and I still feel like sharing my negative reviews on the web.
