I purchased one Pendent Set Mehrasons Tilak Nagar Branch vide invoice number 04942 dated 10/02/2015. I had following concerns regarding that.
*1. The weight of the pendent set was 20 milligram less than that was billed to me; on raising the objection to their sales executive I was told that they will bill only what is written on the tag of the product and that the shortage is very small.*
*2. Apparently, for such a renowned shop checking product thoroughly was never warranted to me. On 20th Feb 2015, my wife took out the pendent to wear and noticed that one bead was missing in one of the top.*
*3. The weight of the pendent billed to me was including beads however, the charge was taken for the beads at 22 crt gold rate prevailing that day.*
The above issues might be trivial this esteemed organization but at the same time this caution for the quality concern.
Further, to point number 2, I visited their Tilak Nagar branch to raise concern on missing bead on 1st March 2015. Which their executive assured for repair and took the same against repair voucher number 588 on 1st March 2015 with assured repair due date of 7th March 2015.
Since 7th March 2015, I have received two calls from their office for not been able to deliver the repaired tops and its been 25 days since it was taken for repair.
Today 27th March 2015 I contacted them about above issues which they phonetically and politely declined to entertain.
This is really not acceptable for such a reputed organisation
