The ram is 3gb, internal memory 16 gb and expandable, front camera 5megaPixel, back is 13Megapixel, such a big screen with 5.5 inches, slow motion video option and other super good features of camera in it. The mobile with a finger print unlocking. The home button was awesome. Totally the mobile was awesome
