The city is really great. its fun to be there. the weather is awesome, so is food and local sights. if u go like 200-300 miles away from the city the sights u are gonna see will be spectacular. roads stretching straight with a little curves by the ocean- amazing. moreover the traffic is also less. a haven for photo freaks.
The weather is totally unpredictable, it ll be sunny in morning and raining in afternoon and a cool breeze blowing during evening. especially at the banks of yara river during evening the view is breathtaking.
