I have been an ardent fan of anne rice for a long time.if u want the ultimate in fantasy she is the one to go for.Her book ’’memnoch the devil’’ is so mind blowing in it’s concept that I have read the book five times in one month.But beware, if u are the type who wants fast action, this book is kind of slow in the beginning but once gone through the first 30 pages it’s a joy ride above your wildest imaginations.one more point to be noted is that this book will make a lot of sense to those who have read the bible or have the basic knowledge of the ’’theory of the eternal war between the ’’devil’’ and the ’’god’’.u might be surprised at the end coz it tends to make u see the ’’devil’’ in a holy light.
