Ofcourse ,One time Read book

The book is written from the viewpoint of author John Grey, a relationship counsellor, who believes that men and women are from different planets with very different mindsets and characteristics. The book is divided into 13 chapters and discusses how to consider your partner’s desires, responses, and needs at various stages of life.Men and women’s general demeanour in various contexts, as well as how their reactions influence their terms. The author has given guidelines for dealing with some common situations.

Gray claims that men and women deal with stress in different ways. To find a solution to his tension, men tend to be alone in their cave. So it’s time to give him some breathing room. If he can’t find the solution, he’ll continue to divert his attention away from the issue by engaging in other tasks.

Women, on the other hand, tend to talk about their stress and want their partners to listen. She would feel obligated and understood if he does so.

What if a woman is having an emotional breakdown and needs her husband to accompany her, or if a man is unable to listen to his partner? It’s about prioritising one’s own needs above those of one’s spouse.

One interesting point made by the author is that a man is like a rubber band that can be pulled and then released to return to its original location. If a man wishes to be alone, he will step away from the woman and return on his own after a while.

Men should stop looking for explanations for her mood swings because women have a tendency to experience joy or sorrow on a regular basis. They should just accept it and move on.

The author provides a variety of recommendations, some of which are good and others which are difficult to find suitable. Nowadays, both men and women work and are subjected to the same levels of tension, workload, and challenges.

The author’s ideas are easy to read and comprehend, but they are difficult to apply in actual life, as they are replicated in the later chapters. Men and women, of course, are different and need a true life partner. Applying any fundamentals or tricks to a partnership may be detrimental. The capacity to think and understand differs from person to person. It’s stupid to judge your friend solely on the basis of the writing in a novel. Men and women may come from different planets, but they are destined to meet on the same planet, Earth. Togetherness is the most powerful force in any relationship.

Of course, you should read this book at least once.
