This company is a fraud. The website is crap.Vide order no. 500000893, I placed an order for Cosmetics and Fruit Juices etc.
I had a credit of Rs. 200 and I decided to pay the balance by PayUMoney. However, the webiste never routed me to PayUMoney and the order placed was shown under processing.
I called the helpline but found it switched off. So I sent an email to MeraGrocer to convert the order to Cash on Delivery.
To my shock, when I checked the status of the order the following day, I found the order cancelled. At least a 100 attempts later, the customer care guy picked up the phone only to say "Sorry"
Soon after the phone call Mera Grocer reset my password to gain access to my account.Even the Rs. 200 was not refunded! This company is a fraud.
