I wanted to put my experience with indiatimes hosting group. They are worst in all the sense.
Sales - Their sales team is good but they are not really aware what they are selling. Person like Amit Pruthi who is a senior sales guy, doesn’t know what they are selling. he can not answer any questions on product, he only understand money part. anyway most of time you buy hosting directly so sale role is not much.
Technical Team - Their product team he headed by Mohit Mathure who doesn’t know T of technology. Poor guy do not know even difference of linux/windows. Do not know what backup means. completly dumb guy
Customer support - They do not have any one who understand meaning of "Customer support" their VP Mr. Sudharshan himself do not remember what he talked few hours back and there is no system with them which track your communication and
