I would like to share my review on MBRDI. MBRDI is one and only center in India with all verticals working together under one building. first comes HR division who are best in their work. in my process to get hired I met with Mr. Bharath Prasana(HR) MBRDI at Bangalore.
He was very helpful and friendly. He guided me in all steps from 1st round of interview to getting in to office. I really remember one line said by him in one of the interview round "Noting is Rocket Science, you can do it" I mean thanks Bharath for the moral push. I cleared all the rounds.
At last it was with one of the senior HR panel.(Ms. Momi Kankar) She was very intelligent and straight to point kind of person. She started with basic like knowing about me and my work. then moved to work specific activities. She asked me about Merc’s business and verticals. she also talked about my interests and expectations from company. She understood my intention for joining MBRDI. Atlast about Salary discussion and its reason.
she extended her gratitude saying Congratulations for my upcoming baby.
I was very happy to be a part of MBRDI. Their people are really great.
