We went there from Delhi by bus for 1 night and 2 days camping on the weekend in March, 2011. The accommodation and food were excellent. We started from Delhi by chartered bus at 6 AM. We reached there around 1 PM and had lunch. Then we went for river rafting through the rapids. It was an excellent experience as we rafted in the fresh ganga waters.
The guides were professionals and followed strict safety guidelines. We reached back around 6PM and tea was served with snacks. We played volley ball and at night they arranged bonfire and we had drinks with snacks. We had carried the drinks ourselves. After dinner, we slept in the comfortable tents (twin sharing). Next morning, tea was served.
The toilets and bathrooms were hygienic. We had breakfast. Then we went in the jungles for burma bridge, flying fox and river crossing activities. Then we bathed in the soothing ganges river and had lunch. Then we started for our return journey to Delhi. The whole experience was better than expected.
