My mom purchaed this one and she is using it from 2 years. At starting it works good for 1 or 2 months then it start to create issues like dont stictch properly and break the thread again again while stitching. Its left some patchs in stitching. We gave it for repair. After reapir it work good all the issue solved but after 10 to 15 days its issues start. We gave it to service for many time but the still the issue not fixed. We also call cutmer care but they dont help. It need one service in month then it work fine. I don’t go for it in future.
