This incident happened to me today [8/3] when I had got the confirmation SMS and also a call from the chauffeur confirming the address 30 mins prior to departure time. I confirmed back saying please be available by 10 30 PM [ Actual booked time]. I called him up, at 10 30 PM, but he didn’t respond to my call.
It was raining outside, but I kept calling him. But he never responded to my call. Finally at 10 45 PM I had to call up the centralised help desk, they told they will check with the driver. But they also didn’t turn up.
In a city like Bangalore, at 11 PM public transport usually shuts down and in monsoons one can’t go in auto. Meru cab has lost all its prestige and trust with us. Please avoid using it as they might ditch you anytime.
