I had heard about Meru Cabs and booked cab service in Bangalore twice. But both the times my Cab was cancelled at last minute by the driver.
The call centre executives had no idea about this cancellation. The second case in particular was more worse since the driver Krishna Murthy B(9590600414). Cab number: KA 41A5512 simple refused to come to the mentioned pick up location. He repeatedly disconnected the call when trying to contact him. Please do not avail this cab service specially this driver’s cab.
