Meru Plus service for night should not be used. They are not reliable. I had an early morning train to Gurgaon railway station on 7th April. So, I booked a cab on 6th April evening only on Meru Plus. They have a minimum charge of Rs. 250 plus, 23 per km. I was ok with this high charge as they confirmed my booking and I did not want to search for an auto at 6 in the morning. On 7th morning, I did not receive any call or message from Meru. So, I called them myself at about 5:55 am. They put my phone on hold and after 10 mins said that they are sorry but they dont have any cabs in my vicinity. Ultimately, I had to run to the auto stand and luckily I got an auto. I dont have an issue if a service is charging extra but they should provide some value as well. Even after charging such a huge amount, how can they confirm booking and then cancel at the last moment. I was lucky that I got an auto. If I was in a similar situation at maybe 4 am or 11 pm, then I would have missed my train. As of now, no one from pathetic Meru service has called me to apologize.
