A BIG THANKS to Meru cab, I have just ended up missing my bus. I booked the cab, got the confirmation that the cab will be available. Then, well past the scheduled time when I called the call center for the cab, the customer service officer disconnected the call three times. Finally, I was in luck just to spoke with someone only to be informed that the cab is not available. The world famous cab service left me stranded with no other option than to miss the bus. Thanks a lot for such a pathetic experience.
I just required only one intimation couple of hours before to make some other arrangements, but I guess being such a brand, it was very difficult on the part of Meru to send at least an SMS. I think they should put a disclaimer: "Book at your own risk, if you are lucky you will get the cab".
I am writing this feedback, knowing very well that nothing is going to change, but still keeping the hope alive.
