Always having 'technical' issues

I have tried booking a Meru cab at-least 4-5 times now, from BKC to the airport. EACH time they would tell me that booking can be done maximum 24 hours in advance and not more than that. EACH time I call up exactly 24 hours in advance and they would tell me that ’No cab is free, call half an hour before journey, in case of cancellations we will let you know’.


Do they have some kind of restrictions on pick up locations? The above sequence of responses is EXACTLY the same I get EVERY TIME I try booking the cab.


Most useless cab service (if there is any such service in the first place, I wouldn’t know) I have ever known.
