I totally agree with the reviewer here. Had a similar experience a few days back here in Bengaluru. And, it isnt a one-off case, even though this wasnt the way Meru used to work earlier. Dont know what happened to them of late, but accepting a booking 24hrs in advance and then informing that cabs arent available in the eleventh hour is too bad and too unbecoming of a responsible customer service!
